Processing: 

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. We strive to ship as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email when your order is processed and another with tracking once it ships. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Availability:

Currently, we ship within the United States only. Local pickup is available; details will be provided after checkout or via email.

Heat Disclaimer:

Some products (oils, butters, tallow) may soften or melt in transit during warm weather. This does not affect product quality.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Contact the carrier directly for issues.

Damaged Items:

any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.
