 Ingredients: Epsom salts, Organic Lavender & Meadowsweet

Directions: Place a tea bag in warm water and steep 15-30 minutes. Gently squeeze for extra infusion. May add more Epsom salts if desired. 

Allergy: Contains meadowsweet, which has salicylates (similar to aspirin). Not for those with aspirin/salicylate sensitivities. External use only.
